About the Team
Jimena Moses oversees every logistical aspect of travel. Her job is to help you find the right show and make sure everything goes exactly as planned. She negotiates discounts with venues so you can rest assured you get the best possible value for your buck. She is enrolled in a Masters in Tourism program at George Washington University and is a field hockey fanatic.

Cesar Gonzalez loves starting things, building great websites, and dancing. He built our site, so if something’s broken, you should let him know. Cesar’s job is to keep things running smoothly, to help more people find us online, and to work from as many different countries as possible this year. He has a BS from Caltech and once cycled across the USA.
Our Story
One afternoon late in 2008, Cesar was complaining to his friend Jimena about how difficult it was to pick amongst, and reserve seats from the dozens of different tango shows around Buenos Aires. “There are just so many different shows, and prices, and phone numbers! And how am I supposed to know which one is best??” He was voicing a problem that Jimena, a brilliant travel agent, solved on a daily basis. “If only there were an easier way…”
And so the inspiration for TangoTix.com was born. Cesar and Jimena took it upon themselves to collect the details, times, prices, and photos of all the different shows, add a user review engine, and enable customers to book online without the hassle of long distance phone calls or language barriers.
Today, we helps thousands of independent travelers decide among the many tango shows by providing them with the latest show details, reviews, photos, and price information. And, if we’re lucky, we’ll help you book your tickets as well.
